9) Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our returns process and eligibility rules are explained on our
Returns Information (UK) page. This includes how to request a return, timelines,
packaging requirements, and how refunds are processed.

9.1 Contact us before returning (Return Authorisation)

You must contact [email protected] before returning any item.
We will provide the correct returns address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first,
as this can delay or prevent processing. The returns address may differ from our registered address.

9.2 Consumer legal right to cancel (online orders)

If you are a consumer buying online, you generally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and then a further
14 days to return the goods (subject to exemptions). If you handle goods beyond what is necessary to inspect them, a deduction for
diminished value may apply where permitted.

9.3 Our 30-day change-of-mind policy (extra policy)

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy for eligible items returned in resaleable condition
(see our Returns Information page for full conditions).

Restocking fee: Goods that are returned for restocking under our 30-day change-of-mind policy
will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee (deducted from your refund where applicable). This restocking fee does not apply
to returns for faulty items, damage in transit, or wrong/missing items where we are at fault.

9.4 Return shipping

Return shipping responsibilities depend on the reason for return (for example, change-of-mind vs faulty/damaged/wrong item).
Full details are on our Returns Information page.

10) Faulty items and warranty support

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
We may ask for reasonable troubleshooting steps.

  • Where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to remedies under UK consumer law (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on circumstances).
  • Manufacturer warranties may also apply where stated on the product page, in addition to your statutory rights.
  • If inspection/testing shows no fault found, or the issue is due to compatibility, configuration, misuse, or physical/liquid damage, we may return the item to you. Any inspection/diagnostic charge (if applicable) will be confirmed with you in advance.
  • Data storage devices: you are responsible for backing up data. We are not liable for data loss during use, testing, or repair (where allowed by law).

11) Business customers (B2B)

If you purchase as a business customer, consumer cancellation rights may not apply.
Returns may be handled differently and may be accepted at our discretion (subject to any agreed terms).

12) Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation,
or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.

  • Consumers: We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable.
  • Business customers: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, and loss of goodwill.

13) Events outside our control (Force majeure)

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control
(for example, courier disruption, extreme weather, strikes, supplier failure, or system outages).
