34 Inch Ultrawide Monitors

Almost every 34in monitor is an ultrawide at 3440×1440, and that is what people are really buying at this size: one screen that does the job of two, without the bezel down the middle.

The resolution is consistent across the range, so the real choice is panel and refresh. VA dominates here, which suits the curve and gives deeper blacks; IPS options are there when colour accuracy matters more than contrast, and there is OLED at the top of the range. Refresh runs from 100Hz through 120Hz and 180Hz to 240Hz.

Two practical notes. Every one of these adjusts for height, which you need because a wide panel at the wrong height is worse than a small one. And most carry two video inputs, so a laptop and a desktop can share the screen.
