RX 9070 XT
The Radeon RX 9070 XT is the faster of AMD’s two RDNA 4 cards, built for 1440p at high settings and 4K with adjustment, with 16GB of memory.
That memory figure is worth dwelling on. At 1440p and above, texture-heavy modern games can exceed the 8GB fitted to cheaper cards, and when that happens the frame rate drops sharply in a way no amount of GPU speed compensates for. 16GB removes that concern for the life of the card.
Against the plain RX 9070, the XT adds compute units and higher clocks. It is the one to choose if 4K is the target or if you want headroom at 1440p.
The generation’s main advance is FSR 4, AMD’s upscaling and frame generation, which closed much of the quality gap with NVIDIA’s DLSS. Support is per-game, so check the titles you play.
Every card here uses the same GPU; GIGABYTE and ASUS differ on cooler size, factory clocks, noise and length. Check card length against your case and power supply connectors before ordering.
Compare with NVIDIA GeForce.
