RTX 5050
The GeForce RTX 5050 is NVIDIA’s entry card in the 50 series, with 8GB of GDDR6 memory, and it is built for 1080p gaming.
At that resolution it runs current games well with settings adjusted, and it supports DLSS and frame generation, which stretch it further. Where the 8GB becomes a limit is texture-heavy games at high settings and anything at 1440p — if you are aiming higher than 1080p, look at the RTX 5060 or above instead.
It is also a sensible choice for a small or low-power build. These cards are physically compact and undemanding on the power supply compared with the rest of the range.
Every card here uses the same NVIDIA GPU; the board partners differ on cooler size, factory clock speed and noise. ASUS Prime, MSI VENTUS 2X OC and GIGABYTE Gaming OC are the designs stocked.
Check card length against your case and that your power supply has the connectors it asks for.
