CiT is a budget case brand, and a distinctive feature of the range is that many models include a power supply.
That is worth understanding rather than treating as a straightforward bonus. A bundled supply keeps the total price very low and is genuinely fine for an office machine, a thin client, a point-of-sale terminal or a basic home PC using integrated graphics or a modest card.
Where to think harder: a build with a modern discrete graphics card. Current GPUs draw brief power spikes well above their rated figure, and a basic bundled unit can read those as a fault and shut the machine down under load even though the wattage looks adequate. For that kind of build, budget for a separate ATX 3.0 or 3.1 power supply and treat the case as a case.
On the chassis itself, the usual budget checks apply: airflow (mesh beats solid), included fans (often only one, so plan on adding intake), and graphics card length and CPU cooler height against the specification.

Will my graphics card and cooler fit a tower case?
Check three clearances: graphics card length (high-end cards can be over 300mm), CPU air cooler height, and radiator support for an AIO. Most parts fit comfortably, but it is still worth checking the maximums.
Does a tower case have good airflow?
Airflow depends on the design more than the size, so look for a mesh front panel and room for several fans. Many cases pair a mesh intake with a glass side panel for both cooling and looks.
