ROG Strix is the ASUS gaming display range, and the useful way to read it is by panel and resolution rather than by size.
24.1in and 24.5in Full HD models are built for competitive play. A smaller, lower-resolution screen is easier to drive at very high frame rates and keeps the whole picture inside your field of view, which is why esports players stay at this size.
27in and 31.5in QHD is the mainstream gaming choice and where most gaming PCs are happiest — noticeably sharper than Full HD without halving the frame rate.
QD-OLED and OLED models add true black, near-instant pixel response and no backlight glow in dark scenes. The 27in QHD OLED and 31.5in 4K OLED are the standouts.
4K at 160Hz on the XG27UCGR asks the most of a graphics card.
Match the panel to the GPU you already own rather than shopping by size, and use DisplayPort or HDMI 2.1 so the cable does not cap the refresh rate.

ASUS ROG Strix Monitors Buying Guide and FAQ
This ASUS ROG Strix Monitors range covers ASUS products. Below are the common questions.
Are ASUS monitors any good?
ASUS is a well-regarded name in monitors, with a range that spans budget to high-end. The best model depends on your needs and budget, so compare the key specs rather than choosing on the badge alone.
Which ASUS model should I choose?
Start with what you need from your monitors, then pick the ASUS model whose features and price fit. If you want help comparing, our monitors guide explains what to look for.
What should I check before buying?
Match the key specs to your setup and budget, check compatibility with your other parts or devices, and look at the warranty. The right ASUS product is the one that fits your needs, not just the most expensive.
