CIT Fans
CiT makes cooling at the value end — case fans, ARGB fans and multi-packs for filling every mount in a chassis.
Inexpensive fans are far more defensible than inexpensive power supplies. A fan either moves air or it does not, and the practical difference between a budget fan and a premium one is mostly noise at a given airflow and bearing life rather than cooling ability. For an office machine, a second PC, or any build sitting under a desk rather than beside your ear, budget fans do the job perfectly well.
Where to spend more: a machine you sit next to all day, where blade design and bearing quality genuinely affect how much you notice it.
Two things matter more than the brand whatever you buy. Fit the largest size the case accepts — a 140mm fan moves the same air as a 120mm at a lower speed, which is quieter. And choose PWM models where possible, so the motherboard can slow them at idle rather than running them flat out.
If you are fitting several ARGB fans, budget for a controller or hub too.
