EPOS ADAPT 165T USB-C II

EPOS ADAPT 165T USB-C II – Dual-connection headset for hybrid professionals

The EPOS ADAPT 165T USB-C II is a wired binaural headset built for professionals who split their time between the office, home, and travel. Its standout feature is dual USB-C and 3.5 mm connectivity, so you can plug into almost any device without carrying multiple headsets. Certified for Microsoft Teams and optimised for unified communications, it delivers clear stereo sound alongside a noise-cancelling boom microphone. Because it weighs just 144 g and folds flat, it travels as easily as you do.

Core numbers at a glance

USB-C and 3.5 mm — one headset, every device

The EPOS ADAPT 165T USB-C II ships with both a USB-C connector and a 3.5 mm jack on the same cable. That means you can plug into a modern laptop, a desktop dock, a tablet, or even a smartphone with a headphone socket. In practice, you carry one headset instead of two. The 2.31 m cable also gives you plenty of room to move at your desk without being tethered too tightly.

Noise-cancelling boom mic for clearer conversations

A directional boom microphone sits right where it picks up your voice best. It uses noise-cancelling technology to suppress background chatter, keyboard clatter, and ambient office hum. The mic folds neatly into the headband when you are not on a call, so the headset looks discreet in public. You can also mute the mic instantly with a dedicated in-line button.

In-line controls that keep you in the meeting

No need to reach for your screen to adjust volume or mute. The in-line control unit on the cable houses volume buttons, a mute key, and a multi-function button. Because these controls sit within easy reach, you stay focused on the conversation rather than hunting through software menus. The layout is intuitive enough to use without looking down.

Lightweight binaural design for all-day comfort

At 144 g, this headset sits lightly on the head. The supraaural on-ear ear cups use a headband wearing style that distributes pressure evenly across the crown. The binaural design helps you concentrate during deep work by keeping audio focused in both ears. Because the ear cups sit on rather than over the ear, you stay aware of your surroundings — useful in open-plan offices and shared spaces.

Microsoft Teams certified and UC-ready

Microsoft has certified this headset for Teams, which means call quality, button mappings, and plug-and-play behaviour have all been tested together. Beyond Teams, it also works with Zoom, Google Meet, and other unified communications platforms. You get consistent performance whether you are in a video conference, a voice call, or listening to training material.
