Quick Specifications

Dynamic Lighting That Moves With You

The Tapo L920-5 features advanced RGBIC technology that allows independent control of colour zones across the strip. This means you can create flowing rainbow effects, solid colours, or gradient transitions that standard single-zone strips simply cannot match. The enhanced music mode detects ambient sound and pulses colours in perfect rhythm, making it ideal for parties or immersive gaming sessions.

Voice Control and Smart Home Integration

Control your lighting hands-free through Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, or Apple HomeKit. The strip connects directly to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network without requiring a separate hub, simplifying setup while maintaining reliable performance. Voice commands let you adjust brightness, change colours, or activate preset scenes instantly.

Cut-to-Size Flexibility for Perfect Fit

The 5-metre strip can be cut at designated points to match your specific installation needs. Whether you’re accenting furniture, outlining ceiling edges, or creating custom shapes, the 3M adhesive backing provides secure mounting on most clean, dry surfaces. The flexible design allows for gentle curves and bends around corners.

Automatic Controls and Scheduling

Beyond manual control, the strip offers scheduling features and can integrate with Tapo sensors for motion-activated lighting. Set it to gradually brighten in the morning, dim for movie nights, or glow softly when you get up during the night. The low 0.4W standby power consumption ensures efficient operation even when not actively lit.
