Deliver 8K Clarity and High Refresh Rates
This cable supports resolutions up to 8K at 60Hz. It also handles 4K at 144Hz for smooth motion. The active VMM7100 chipset ensures signal integrity over the 2-metre run. You get sharp detail for design work or immersive gaming. It is HDMI 2.1 FRL compliant.
Experience Immersive HDR and Audio
The cable supports HDR10 for expanded colour and contrast. It is also compatible with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X audio formats. You can connect to displays that require HDCP 1.4, 2.2, or 2.3. This ensures broad compatibility with protected content. The adapter handles 7.1 channel audio without extra cables.
Connect Universally with DP Alt Mode
This converter works with any USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode. It is compatible with USB4, Thunderbolt 3, and Thunderbolt 4. You can use it with laptops from Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Microsoft. No drivers or software are needed for installation. It is a true plug-and-play solution for UK offices and home setups.
Optimise Signal Integrity and Build
The design combines the adapter and cable into one unit. This reduces potential points of failure and signal loss. Adaptive receiver equalisation optimises the input signal. Cage shielding prevents Electromagnetic Interference (EMI). The jacket is PVC and the connectors are straight, grey plastic housings.
Confirm Hardware Platform Compatibility
Performance varies by host device. Intel 11th Gen or later with DSC support can reach 8K 60Hz or 4K 144Hz. Nvidia RTX 3000 or AMD RX 6000 series cards also support these modes. Intel 10th Gen or earlier is limited to 4K 60Hz. Apple M1, M2, or M3 devices are limited to 4K 60Hz over HDMI. Always verify your laptop’s USB-C port supports DP Alt Mode.
