Specification Overview

Platinum Certified Efficiency

The be quiet! POWER ZONE 2 850W power supply unit 20+4 pin ATX ATX Black achieves up to 94.1% efficiency through its 80 PLUS Platinum and Cybenetics Platinum certifications. This exceptional efficiency translates to lower energy consumption, reduced heat output, and quieter operation compared to standard PSUs. The single 12V rail delivers 849.6W of combined power, providing stable voltage for demanding components.

Semi-Passive Zero-RPM Cooling

Experience true silence with the innovative semi-passive cooling system. The Pure Wings 3 140mm fan remains completely off during light loads, activating only when necessary for demanding tasks. This zero-RPM mode eliminates fan noise during everyday computing, while the large fan diameter ensures efficient cooling when active. A 2-5 minute cooldown period prevents frequent start-stop cycles, maintaining quiet operation throughout your system’s lifecycle.

Future-Proof PCIe 5.1 Ready

The be quiet! POWER ZONE 2 850W power supply unit 20+4 pin ATX ATX Black comes equipped with native 12V-2×6 connector support for next-generation PCIe 5.1 graphics cards. The included 90° angled 12V-2×6 cable ensures compatibility with the latest GPUs while maintaining clean cable management. Additionally, three PCIe 6+2-pin connectors support current-generation graphics cards, making this PSU versatile for both today’s and tomorrow’s hardware.

Massive Transient Power Handling

Built to handle extreme power demands, this PSU delivers 850W continuous power with the ability to manage transient loads up to 1700W. The robust LLC topology and comprehensive protection features (over current, over power, over voltage, overheating, short circuit, surge & inrush, under voltage) ensure stable operation even when graphics cards demand sudden power spikes. This makes it ideal for overclocking and high-end gaming configurations.

Premium Build Quality & Design

Beyond performance, the be quiet! POWER ZONE 2 850W power supply unit 20+4 pin ATX ATX Black features a distinctive mesh front panel and fully modular cabling for superior aesthetics and airflow. Cable designations printed directly on the PSU case simplify installation and upgrades. The compact ATX form factor (150 x 160 x 86mm) fits standard cases while delivering enthusiast-grade power delivery.
