About This Item
PNY NVIDIA RTX 2000E Ada Generation with 16 GB of ECC GDDR6, 2,816 CUDA cores and four mini-DisplayPort 1.4a outputs. A single-slot, low-profile card that draws 50 W from the PCIe slot alone, so it fits small-form-factor and OEM desktops with no power cable to find.

The PNY NVIDIA RTX 2000E Ada Generation is the card you fit when the machine has no room and no spare power. It is single slot, low profile, and draws 50 W — all of it through the PCIe slot, with no supplementary power connector to plug in. In a small-form-factor or off-the-shelf business desktop that is often the difference between a professional GPU fitting and not fitting at all.
What you get for the space
Memory is 16 GB of GDDR6 with ECC on a 128-bit bus at 224 GB/s. Sixteen gigabytes is a generous frame buffer for a card this size — enough for large CAD assemblies, 4K timelines and mid-sized 3D scenes that would spill out of an 8 GB card and slow to a crawl. The ECC matters if you leave long renders or simulations running unattended, because a single-bit memory error gets corrected instead of quietly ruining the result.
Behind that sit 2,816 CUDA cores, 88 fourth-generation Tensor cores and 22 third-generation RT cores on Nvidia’s Ada Lovelace architecture. PNY rates the card at 8.9 TFLOPS single precision, 20.5 TFLOPS through the RT cores and 71 AI TOPS. It connects over PCI Express 4.0 x8.
Displays and video
There are four mini-DisplayPort 1.4a outputs, enough for four 5K screens at 60 Hz or two 8K screens at 60 Hz, and any one of them can drive 4096 x 2160 at 120 Hz with 30-bit colour. Latching mini-DP to full-size DisplayPort adapters are supplied in the box, so you are not ordering cables before you can use it.
The video engines handle AV1 encode as well as AV1 decode, alongside H.264 and HEVC. If you export a lot of footage, that work runs on dedicated silicon and leaves the CPU free.
Fitting it
The card measures 2.7 in (68.6 mm) tall by 6.6 in (167.6 mm) long and occupies one slot, cooled by a single active fan. PNY ships it with the full-height ATX bracket attached and a low-profile bracket in the box, so it goes into a standard tower or a slim desktop without any extra parts.
Who this is for
CAD, design visualisation, mid-range 3D and multi-display work in a machine where the slot count and the power supply are already decided for you. Two honest caveats: this is the previous Ada generation, so if you want GDDR7, DisplayPort 2.1b and Blackwell’s newer AI cores, the RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell is the next rung up. And if all you actually need is several monitors on one desk, a much cheaper display card will do that perfectly well.
