Dispatch & order processing times
Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 5pm on Friday or during the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Tracking (with delivery timeslot)
Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details. DPD deliveries can typically be tracked to a 1-hour delivery slot. You can track using the courier link provided or through your account area on our site.
Same Day Delivery (selected areas)
Same-day delivery may be available for local addresses on qualifying orders placed before 12:30 pm (where offered).
Ship to Shop (Pickup)
If Ship to Shop is available at checkout, you can nominate a nearby pickup point and collect at your convenience (often 7 days a week).
