Acer’s monitor ranges are named by purpose, which makes the shortlist easier.
Nitro is the mainstream gaming line, where the high refresh rates live — 144Hz, 180Hz and 240Hz Full HD panels with FreeSync. Predator sits above it as the premium gaming range, including QD-OLED and the very large curved models.
Vero is Acer’s business range built with recycled plastic, running at 100Hz or 120Hz with AdaptiveSync, and several models add USB-C or a USB hub so a laptop docks with one cable. KA, KB and V are the plain everyday panels: Full HD IPS at 21.5in to 27in, usually the least expensive way to get a decent screen on a desk.
Across the range, IPS panels give the wider viewing angles and more consistent colour; VA panels give deeper contrast. Both appear here, and the panel type is listed on each product.
