ADATA SU800 512GB SATA III SSD

ADATA Ultimate SU800 | 512 GB 3D NAND SSD for Laptops & Desktops

The ADATA Ultimate SU800 512 GB 2.5″ Serial ATA III TLC delivers high-speed storage performance with advanced 3D NAND technology, offering improved efficiency, reliability, and faster read/write speeds than traditional 2D NAND SSDs.

Specification Overview

Blazing Fast Performance with 3D NAND

The Ultimate SU800 leverages next-generation 3D NAND Flash technology to deliver exceptional read speeds of 560 MB/s and write speeds of 520 MB/s. This significant performance boost translates to faster boot times, quicker application launches, and smoother overall system responsiveness compared to traditional hard drives.

Intelligent Caching for Enhanced Speed

Intelligent SLC caching technology allows the NAND flash memory to operate in single-level cell mode during intensive tasks, dramatically boosting performance when you need it most. Combined with the DRAM cache buffer, this SSD can deliver read/write performance up to twice as fast as drives without these features, making it ideal for demanding applications and multitasking.

Built for Reliability and Longevity

With a Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) rating of 2,000,000 hours and advanced LDPC ECC error correction, the SU800 provides exceptional data integrity and reliability. The high Total Bytes Written (TBW) rating ensures this SSD maintains performance throughout its lifespan, making it a dependable choice for both personal and professional use.

Energy Efficient Design for Extended Battery Life

The SU800 supports DEVSLP (Device Sleep) technology, consuming just 8% of the power that traditional HDDs use in idle mode and 80% less during regular operation. This significant power reduction translates to longer battery life for laptops and lower electricity costs for desktop systems, particularly beneficial for users who travel frequently or work remotely.

Easy Installation and Compatibility

Measuring just 7mm in height, the SU800 fits easily into ultrabooks and slim laptops. A 2.5mm spacer is included for installation in standard 9.5mm drive bays, ensuring compatibility with virtually any notebook or desktop PC. The drive supports S.M.A.R.T. monitoring and TRIM commands for optimal performance maintenance.
